1:00p–5:30pSecond production block. Same-day turnaround on redlines received by early afternoon is the working norm.
5:30pEnd-of-day note: what moved, what's blocked, what's queued for tomorrow. Two sentences, every day, no exceptions.
The three-week ramp.
Producing usable work in week one is the norm, not the promise. Full-speed by week three.

WK 0 (pre-seat)US conventions — plan-set anatomy, stormwater context, your jurisdiction's norms. Done on our time, before your clock starts.
WK 1Your templates, standards, and server. First live redlines under close review. Billable output by day 3.
WK 2Full redline cycle: the engineer works your PM's queue with normal review — the same cadence as any new EIT.
WK 3Steady state. Review effort drops to whatever your standard production review already is.

C-CALC■ SUPPORTCalculation support under your engineer's direction — inputs, models, exhibits. Judgment stays with your PE.
C-SEAL□ YOURSIndependent design decisions, sealing, permitting representations, client contact. Frozen to us, permanently.
One seat, one firm. Your engineer is dedicated — never split across clients, never rotated without your consent. The whole point is that they learn your standards, your reviewers, and your jurisdictions, and compound on that knowledge every month.
When it isn't working.
Replacement is free, forever, no argument. Interim coverage inside five business days; a permanent replacement inside thirty. The ramp cost of the replacement is ours, not yours — and the 30-day out after the first ninety means the seat re-earns its place every month.
