INCLUDED — EVERY SEAT
The engineerFull-time, dedicated, your hours (US Eastern/Central).
EmploymentWe employ through a compliant Colombian employer-of-record: payroll, benefits, taxes, labor law — our problem, never yours.
RampUS-conventions onboarding done pre-seat, on our time.
QA samplingOur PE spot-reviews early deliverables and monthly samples thereafter.
Account care30/60/90-day check-ins; a human in Florida who answers the phone.
Not includedYour Civil 3D license and server access — the work happens in your environment by design. Most firms have an idle license; if not, one Autodesk seat is the only cost on your side.

The honest math.

Yes — the engineer costs us far less in Colombia than the seat costs you. That gap pays for vetting that rejects 9 of 10 candidates, the ramp, the replacement guarantee, QA, and our margin. We'd rather show you the shape of the economics than pretend they don't exist.

And if you're thinking "for that money I could almost hire a fresh EIT" — if you could find one, you'd pay $85K+ fully loaded for a trainee who produces in a year and changes jobs in two. This seat is a working production engineer with years of plan sets behind her, producing in week one, who can't be poached by the firm across town.

A useful way to judge the price: your alternative isn't a cheaper vendor — it's an empty chair. At $4,900/month, the seat costs about 45% of the loaded hire you can't make, and it starts producing in week one instead of never. If a trial week doesn't demonstrate that, don't buy month one.
