Pricing, published. All of it.
No "contact us for a quote." The numbers below are the numbers — the rate, the fee, the guarantee, and the terms, published. What you see is what the Seat Agreement says.
| ITEM | RATE | TERMS |
|---|---|---|
| Live working session | $395 | Three hours, live on a screen share: our engineer works 2–3 of your actual redlines while your PM and PE watch, redirect, and judge. Scheduled within days, evenings available. Fee credited toward the Placement & Onboarding Fee at seat start. No further obligation. This is the recommended way to buy. |
| Full trial week (optional) | $995 / week | Prefer a full week of production before deciding? One engineer, one week, your backlog, inside your environment. Available on request; same no-obligation terms. |
| Dedicated seat | $4,900 / month | Full-time, dedicated to your firm only. Month-to-month after the first 90 days. 30-day notice to end, no termination fee. |
| Placement & onboarding | $3,000 one-time | Covers vetting, US-conventions ramp, and seating. Waived on two-seat starts or annual commitments. |
| Replacement | $0 — ever | If a seat isn't working, we replace the engineer free. Interim coverage ≤ 5 business days; permanent replacement ≤ 30. Their ramp is on us. |
| Reference: the alternative | $95,000+ / yr | Fully loaded cost of the US production engineer your posting hasn't produced — before recruiting fees, and assuming you can fill the chair at all. |
What the seat rate includes.
The monthly number is all-in. There is no software line, no "platform fee," no surcharge schedule waiting in month four.
The honest math.
Yes — the engineer costs us far less in Colombia than the seat costs you. That gap pays for vetting that rejects 9 of 10 candidates, the ramp, the replacement guarantee, QA, and our margin. We'd rather show you the shape of the economics than pretend they don't exist.
And if you're thinking "for that money I could almost hire a fresh EIT" — if you could find one, you'd pay $85K+ fully loaded for a trainee who produces in a year and changes jobs in two. This seat is a working production engineer with years of plan sets behind her, producing in week one, who can't be poached by the firm across town.
