The questions partners ask before signing.

Is there a long‑term contract?

No. After the first 90 days, everything runs month‑to‑month with 30 days' notice. The quarterly scorecard is our retention strategy — if the numbers aren't moving, you shouldn't stay, and we'll be the first to say so.

What does the placement fee actually buy?

The gauntlet. Fewer than 3% of applicants survive sourcing, English certification, skills assessment, and a paid working trial — the fee funds that pipeline so the bench exists before you need it. It's also why we can put a 14‑day start and a 90‑day re‑match in writing.

Who employs the placement?

We do, through compliant employer‑of‑record infrastructure in Colombia — payroll, benefits, taxes, equipment, and local employment law are our problem, never yours. You direct the work; we carry the employment.

What if we grow and need a second placement?

The ratio guideline is one placement per 2–3 U.S. case managers. When your scorecard shows files‑per‑CM creeping back above 85, that's the signal — and your second placement comes from the same bench, same terms, usually faster.

Are there roles beyond case management?

Yes — intake specialists, medical records clerks, litigation support, and billing support run on the same gauntlet and the same terms. Most firms start with case management and expand once the scorecard proves the model.

The math is public. The bench is waiting.

Fifteen minutes, one number, and a straight answer about whether this pays for itself at your firm.
