We handle Client Firm data consistent with these safeguards and cooperate in good faith to address reasonable additional requirements as may be needed to support Client Firm compliance.

In the event of a confirmed security incident that has resulted in, or is reasonably likely to result in, unauthorized access to or disclosure of Client Firm data containing personal information, we will notify the affected Client Firm without undue delay, and in any event within seventy-two (72) hours of confirmation.
